Other Notable Things

I have also made lemon meringue pies (I had to make three over Memorial Day Weekend) and chocolate meringue birds nests. The pie was really good, but I could never get it to set. It was goo, good goo. My friends mom brought them to school for her birthday and I loved them so much that I made them that night. My poor mom had to stay up until ten so she could wait and turn off the oven. They were really good.
